Fiona Kimm Richards - Founder
I am a Biripi woman born and raised on Gumbaynggiir Country, in Bellingen on the Mid North Coast of Australia.
I founded Sista Business with the soul aim to build a safe, supported and culturally connected space for Aboriginal young women, supporting them to share their stories and to listen, trust and learn from their peers and elders.
We also aim to facilitate training on cultural safety and inclusivity for teachers and adults in our young womens lives, to strengthen their sense of place and ensure their safety in the school environment.

Aunty Lisa - Gumbaynggirr Mentor
Aunty Lisa lives in “Yellow Rock”, Urunga on Gumbaynggirr Country. She is a strong custodian of the Bellinger River, and deeply connected to her ancestral roots in this land, never forgetting Lore and teachings of her Elders and the stories handed down by them.
Aunty Lisa balances the roles of Mother, Wife, Custodian, Community Member, Artist and Entrepreneur. Her artistic work is a fusion of cultural heritage and contemporary flair, celebrating the rich tapestry of her Ancestors while breathing new life into their legacy.
